These Terms govern access to the Binary Vanta website and, where applicable, the Rides service.

Using the service

You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and use the service only for lawful purposes. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, impersonate others, or submit fraudulent information.

Rides

Rides provides digital tools that help riders and drivers coordinate local ride requests. Availability, eligibility, service area, fares, payment methods, and operating rules may be shown in the service and may change as the product evolves.

Accounts and access

Some features require an account and may require approval or verification. Binary Vanta may restrict or suspend access when necessary for safety, security, fraud prevention, policy enforcement, or legal compliance.

Third-party services

Some features rely on third-party services, platforms, or authentication providers. Their own terms may also apply to your use of those services.

Intellectual property

The Binary Vanta name, site content, software interfaces, and original product materials are owned by or licensed to Binary Vanta unless stated otherwise.

Service changes

Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued as the product develops. We aim to keep public information reasonably current but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
