These Terms govern access to the Binary Vanta website and, where applicable, Binary Vanta products and services, including Rides and Reads.

Using the service

You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and use the service only for lawful purposes. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, impersonate others, or submit fraudulent or unauthorized information.

Rides

Rides provides digital tools that help riders and drivers coordinate local ride requests. Availability, eligibility, service area, fares, payment methods, and operating rules may be shown in the service and may change as the product evolves.

Reads

Reads provides digital publication management and reading services. Features available to authorized administrators may include uploading or importing publication files, managing issues, and publishing content.

Users who upload or import content are responsible for ensuring that they have the rights, authorization, or other lawful basis necessary to use and publish that content through Reads.

Users must not use Reads to upload, distribute, or publish content that infringes intellectual property rights, violates applicable law, contains malicious material, or is otherwise unauthorized.

Binary Vanta may restrict or remove content or access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with applicable requirements, or address misuse.

Accounts and access

Some features require an account and may require approval or verification. Binary Vanta may restrict or suspend access when necessary for safety, security, fraud prevention, policy enforcement, or legal compliance.

Third-party services

Some features rely on third-party services, platforms, storage providers, or authentication providers. Their own terms may also apply to your use of those services.

Intellectual property

The Binary Vanta name, site content, software interfaces, and original product materials are owned by or licensed to Binary Vanta unless stated otherwise. Third-party publications and other content remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.

Service changes

Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued as the products develop. We aim to keep public information reasonably current but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
